K-Bops in K-Pop

It occurred to me just recently that I hadn’t done a K-beauty post in a while and there are quite a few face masks that I’m a serious fan of. Like, if I spot them in the store, I will buy five or ten. These masks actually do something for my face besides just moisturize them and I love the way that they make me feel.

Tony Moly I’m Real Broccoli Mask

I remember first seeing this in the store and wondering why anyone would ever think about buying a broccoli mask. It just seemed like a such bizarre ingredient for a face mask, but this mask–out of the entire Tony Moly sheet mask collection–is my absolute favorite. It makes my skin bouncy, bright, and glowing. I used it the day of my first K-pop concert and it made me look like I hadn’t lost six hours of sleep.

The Creme Shop Witch Hazel Infused Face Mask

I’m such a stan of The Creme Shop. I was a little skeptical when I first started seeing them in the pharmacy and at Marshalls but I love love love all my sheet masks from them. Witch hazel, though, takes it to the next level. There is nothing that witch hazel can’t do for your face; it’s good for inflammation, redness, acne, etc. Plus it smells incredible. I always run through these in no time.

Holika Holika Pig Nose Clear Blackhead Mask

There are very few blackhead masks that actually do something for me, and this is one of those few. I love that it comes with three steps because it not only opens up your pores so they are more receptive to the blackhead strip but it also closes them back up after so that they don’t just clog up again.

Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask

This is the messiest mask ever. I refuse to use it anywhere other than the shower because otherwise the water just ends up getting on my clothes and every available surface. That said, this mask is incredible. Whenever I take it off, I feel like I’ve peeled off a layer of skin. It makes my skin super smooth and soft and it takes away so many of my imperfections.

Skinfood Rice Wash-Off Facial Mask

I can’t remember why I bought this mask but I ended up loving it. It’s very cooling and the texture is really interesting. It doesn’t do nearly as much for smoothing as the Elizavecca mask but it does give me this wonderful glow that feels really natural and dewy. If you’re looking for something that will give you that glassy, baby skin, this is your product.
