My goodness, has it been a while, my friends. I’ve not exactly been busy but time has just been slipping away from me and I’m vowing right now to stop that. First and foremost, I want to announce that my blog is viewable again. For the longest time, I couldn’t access my page and I realized it had something to do with the domain, but that is now fixed! So we’re back up and running.
The other thing that’s new (though not to y’all) is that BTS is back! I’ve been keeping up with the music videos and I have been so so so impressed with the changes that BTS is making musically. It feels so authentically them but without sounding repetitive. In particular, I LOVED Ego. I mean, you probably could’ve seen that one coming, but still. Hoseok did such an incredible job with it and it took nearly everyone by surprise at how upbeat and positive it sounded.
Finally, and perhaps most excitingly, I’m going to Map of the Soul tour! I knew, as soon as I saw the tour dates, that I was going to try to go see them–especially since they were coming to my city. But I wasn’t going to know for sure until I actually had the tickets in hand. And now I do! I have to say that the ticket buying process was a lot less stressful this time than in times past, but that was just my experience. Pretty much everyone had totally different interactions with Ticketmaster, I’m just grateful mine was positive.
In any case, let me know what you all have been up to? Is anyone else going to the BTS tour? What comebacks are you excited about so far this year? Let me know in the comments!
Strange I was just thinking about you a couple of days before you posted! Welcome back!
I LOVE EGO! It is very J-Hope and yet the song has layers to it which makes it so new & different. Shadow & Black Swan… all showing how much their artistry is growing & evolving. I’m amazed.
