Hey everyone! I don’t normally post personal stuff on this blog because when I started it, my whole life revolved around K-pop. But that’s not really my life anymore. That’s not to say that I don’t love K-pop. I still very much do. I just also love lots of other things that now take up my time. For instance, for those of y’all that don’t know, I’m back in school! I’m getting my masters and if you don’t see me posting for weeks, that’s why.

The other big thing in my life right now is that my wife and I trying to have a baby. We’ve been in the planning stages for this last year, and now we’re finally in the homestretch. This month will be first official IUI treatment and we’re hoping it’s the one that takes (the chances for me are around 20% so wish me luck!).

I would still love to post about K-pop but I would also love to do book reviews and baby stuff reviews and clothing hauls and lots of other things, but I don’t want to drive away people who came here just for the K-pop. So I’m turning to you: would you be okay with the occasional non-K-pop post or should I just stick with K-pop?

As always, thanks to everyone for reading and liking and commenting. You are all amazing! I have a bunch of posters and other little trinkets that I’m doing a giveaway for soon, so stick around for that!

  1. Congrats on getting your Masters Degree! That is amazing. And congrats on the baby plans, too! I wish you good luck for both. I hope we get kpop concerts back so you can take your future kid(s) to concerts with you! 🙂 It’s a lot of fun – I have very fond memories of going with my daughter. Especially when it was a weekend thing outside our city (BTS & Blackpink).

Interesting because my blog started off as a non-kpop blog, then went into pretty much only k-pop, and now it is a mix. Due to the pandemic I felt the need to update on my life so I’ve been starting off with personal information before diving into k-pop.

Blogs are our personal spaces – It will go with the flow of our lives.
